Enlightenment (Weeks 0-4)

Conquer (Weeks 5-8)

Evolution 1: Enlightenment

This is where your transformation truly begins. The Enlightenment Phase is all about understanding your lifestyle, body, and habits so I can build a program that fits YOU—not the other way around.

Pre-Trial (Post-Payment):
Before anything starts, I take one full week to study your routine, assess your lifestyle, and determine the best approach. Depending on your current habits, I may ask you to:

  • Continue your regular routine,

  • Begin tracking calories, or

  • Acquire essential tools or equipment (based on your goals and setup).
    This varies by client and is never one-size-fits-all.

Weeks 1–4: Getting to Know Your Body

Here’s what you can expect:

  • Nutritional Setup
    You’ll be placed in a calorie deficit or surplus based on your goals (fat loss or muscle gain). This will be fine-tuned as your body responds.

  • Custom Training Plan
    A workout program tailored to your needs and lifestyle, complete with video demonstrations where I personally walk you through each exercise to ensure proper form and execution.

  • High Contact & Support
    Expect more frequent calls during Week 1 as we establish your routine, answer questions, and get things locked in.

  • Program Adjustments
    As you stick to the plan, I’ll begin adjusting variables like training volume, intensity, and your diet to keep you progressing efficiently.

This phase sets the tone for the rest of your journey. It’s about building trust, understanding your body, and laying down the foundation for sustainable success.

Evolution 2: Conquer

By this stage, you’ll have a stronger understanding of fitness and the structure of how I guide you. That means we’re ready to level up. These weeks will require more focus and precision, as we fine-tune your habits and routines together for long-term success.

I’ll start implementing lifestyle changes where needed—everything from sleep, stress, and recovery, to daily structure. If deeper mentorship is needed (and it usually is), I’ll begin guiding you through how I personally operate and make decisions so you can apply that same mindset to your life.

  • Adjustments become more strategic
  • Lifestyle guiding ramps up
  • Results will become very noticeable due to your increased consistency

This is where the shift from “trying” to “becoming” truly starts to show.

Evolution 3: Mastery

This is where we finish strong. Most people set invisible limits for themselves—I’m here to help you break those barriers and realize just how far you can go. These final weeks are about pushing both your mental and physical capacity beyond what you thought possible.

Expect even more accountability from me, with increased text support to ensure we’re locked in and focused on execution. You’ve built the habits—now it’s time to maximize the results.
